Seth Godin's book Tribes is a big inspiration for me. In it, he talks about a new model of leadership, where you identify and support a group of like-minded individuals: a tribe.

Here is a quote from Tribes about manifestos:

Publish a manifesto.

You don't have to publish your manifesto yet. Start small. Take the time to read a few manifestos (I've included some examples below), and write a draft of your own. And when you feel ready, unleash your tribe by publishing your manifesto.
